The room was a good size with separate living area and kitchen. Communication was excellent, very responsive and quick.

The distance to Duomo but we caught a train and taxis so wasn’t a problem. Was about 15 minutes to get there.

Situat intr-o zonă bună, stația de metrou Poarta Veneția la aproape 400m, gara Centrala din Milano la 10 min de mers pe jos, aproape de b-dul Boinos Aires(cumpărături) Restaurante in apropiere.

Întotdeauna mai sunt unele lucruri de pus la punct.

Could have done with some heavy curtains in the bedroom to block out the morning light

It was in a great location for us being midway between the train station and the Duomo.

The property itself was good, but the servicing of it had room for improvement. No tea towel, no pillow slip on the one spare pillow and no toaster. When I tried to get a toaster I was told one was available, but it became difficult to get it so we gave up. It took us 2 hours to get into the property as well upon arrival. The video with access instructions didn’t show how to unlock the front door and we couldn’t unlock it. A maintenance man came and he also couldn’t unlock it. Then another man came who had to push hard on it to get it to open. We were scared every time we went out that we wouldn’t be able to get it open again.
