For rent: an elegant villa with a saltwater pool—for the exclusive use of guests—and spectacular panoramic views, located 1 km from the public beach with fine golden sand at Playa Grande, 3 km from Donnalucata, and just 5 km from Marina di Ragusa.
Villa Zahra is located in a prestigious and elegant residential area that is quiet and peaceful; the owners live on the floor below but have a completely separate entrance. The 170-square-meter property is meticulously maintained and can accommodate up to 6 people. The approximately 1,700-meter property features well-maintained outdoor spaces with ornamental plants. In the evening, the pool area and all outdoor spaces are enveloped in a uniquely magical atmosphere of true relaxation, thanks to the lighting that creates the perfect ambiance.
The second-floor property features a spacious, panoramic terrace (approximately 100 meters), also for the exclusive use of guests, which overlooks the vast Ragusa countryside on one side andon the other, the sea, where in the distance you can see not only Marina di Ragusa but also the Punta Secca Lighthouse, an ancient fishing village made famous by the renowned writer Andrea Camilleri through his hugely successful television series “Il Commissario Montalbano.”
The villa’s location is equally strategic for visiting our beloved Baroque cities: Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla, Noto, Marzamemi, Syracuse, and the renowned Marina di Ragusa, famous for its nightlife.
The outdoor area features a spacious sun deck equipped with umbrellas, lounge chairs, and a relaxation corner with a gazebo, table, and chairs, as well as an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a laundry area, and two reserved parking spaces.
The apartment, located on the first floor, features a modern design and high-end finishes; the furnishings are designer pieces, and the rooms are spacious and bathed in natural light. The living room features a very comfortable corner sofa, a dining table, and a reading nook with a view of the sea. There is also another double sofa bed here (this area does not have blackout curtains).
The brightness of the open-concept space—which includes the dining room and kitchen area—is provided by large floor-to-ceiling windows offering spectacular sea views. The kitchen is equipped with: a table, chairs, a gas stove, a fridge-freezer, an electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, and various utensils; the property also provides an ironing board and iron, 2 hair dryers, and a water softener. In addition, the villa features a veranda with an outdoor kitchenette, table, and chairs, enclosed by large sliding glass doors, offering a magnificent view overlooking the pool; from here, there is direct access to the sun deck.
