Summary:
Brand new home built in 2020. We are close to 3 lakes and multiple beaches, and boat slips nearby!
DJ's in the Drink (local favorite) is at the end of the street with a small community beach!

"3 bedroom home with an additional makeshift bedroom in the basement.
Bedroom #1 - King size bed - 40 inch Smart TV
Bedroom #2 - Queen size bed - 32 inch Smart TV
Bedroom #3 - Queen size bed
Basement -1 Full size bed and 1 Trundle (twin size) bed - 46 inch TV (not a smart tv)
Living room will have a 55 inch Smart TV as well
Garage and driveway available for parking!"

Before we can confirm any booking, we do need to know:
1. What brings you into town?
2. How many people will be staying at the home?
3. Do you expect any visitors, if so how many?
Please note this home does NOT have a fenced in backyard, if you will bring a pet. We do charge an additional $150 deep cleaning fee for pets (per reservation). Pets must be disclosed to us and pre-approved prior to booking. Dogs only.
Ring Cameras placed on the exterior of the property.
We may require an ID and/or signed Rental Agreement or a refundable deposit prior to check in.
$250 lockout fee if needed to call a locksmith to let in. If keys at property and lost this charge will apply. If no keys, this will not be applicable unless tampering was made with our digital door lock system
Golf cart in garage is not for guest use.

House is wonderful, beds are good, the kitchen table and chairs are old and uncomfortable otherwise it is perfect.

All bedrooms and living room were great. Kitchen was spacious but not well appointed. Freezer was disgustingly dirty. Frig itself was very clean, however. Stove was fantastic, but pots and pans left a lot to be desired. Some were dirty, most were in rough shape. Dishwasher was loaded improperly. We went to empty it when we arrived and everything had a layer of powdery white all over it. Reloaded properly, rehashed, still the same. Finally after third try we washed what we needed by hand and never touched the dishwasher again the whole week. I reported it a few times and answer was always that they’d have it checked out, or they could send cleaners back. Cleaners couldn’t have fixed this, and as far as cleaning, we did it ourselves.“Cricket” noisemakers.were left Inside one box spring (2), one behind a tv, and one in the sleeping area in the basement. That one was wrapped up inside some piece of bedding that was Velcro-closed. It took hours to find them, and a lot of work to get them out of the bed. Again, we contacted the agent,they apologized for what all we had gone through, but no compensation for any of it.We had a great time there once we had cleaned things up,washed all of the dishes by hand, etc., but my first two days there required a lot of dishwashing and cleaning. There was only one bag for the garbage can in the kitchen and we had to buy more. The toilet paper was so thin you could see through it, and kitchen towels, pot holders, soap, etc. were lacking.
