A one of a kind rental on the Airola Road Vineyard. Drive along the winding valley road, through beautiful vineyards and you arrive at Airola Road Vineyards.
Your eyes drink in the 360 degree views of water, rolling hills with majestic oak trees and vineyards in a very private setting. This 2 bedroom 2 bath retreat is handsomely decorated. It comes fully equipped with all the modern amenities including a nicely equipped kitchen and a roof deck to enjoy the beautiful views. There is a spiral staircase that leads to the roof which is perfect for stargazing and enjoying the lake view. The bedrooms are upstairs and bathrooms are downstairs. There is one queensize pullout couch downstairs in the living room. Upstairs also has a very cozy living room with beautiful wooden floors and wooden beams.

The photos and description don't do this property justice. It's even more beautiful in person and fit a few more people than first thought. We took advantage of the pool and it was wonderful with even more incredible views. Bruce the contact on site was so helpful and accommodating. We had 2 families 4 adults and 6 kids and used 2 blow up mattresses in addition to the sofa and beds and were fine. The retreat house has only downstairs bathrooms. For a short relaxing stay with splashes of pool fun and breath taking views I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay here on this property. It's secluded and out in the wilderness away from the cities/towns. It is conveniently located right next to Lake Melones (not walking distance). The pool is actually located in their main house which is less than 0.5 miles away. Bruce was responsive to our calls and questions and provided us with a very hospitable feel when we met him. The home itself is two stories with extraordinary views. Includes washer/dryer, dish washing machine, air conditioning, and basic amenities. We could use a large bear-proof trash bin outside once our indoor trash overfills, but overall we are very content.
