The Rofan Cable Car and Achensee (boat tours) are just a few minutes from the vacation apartment. Quiet location with mountain views, 1st and 2nd floors (maisonette), renovated, no elevator. Located on a hiking trail, right next to the bike path, right next to the cross-country ski trail, near the forest, the aerial cableway, the lake, and the town center (with shopping and dining options)—all within walking distance.
Large duplex apartment (=maisonette—1st and 2nd floors—no elevator, but with a spiral staircase), featuring a large balcony. 2 separate bedrooms. 2 TVs, fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Separate living room with a sleeper sofa and a dining area. Suitable for up to 6 people. Final cleaning, €90.00, is to be paid separately upon arrival, as is the local tax (neither is included in the apartment price).
