The location of the property is excellent. About 300 m from a nice beach. The apartment is well equipped with a large fridge (incl. freezer), washing machine, large TVs (one in the living room and another one in a bedroom).
It would have been nice to have a dish washer and a microwave.

The rooms had a good size. The bathroom was new and had a good size. The kitchen was well equipped. There was parking.
The entrance to the flat was not tidy (there were lots of things and trash, giving it an unpleasant look).
