We only stayed one night. The villa looks nice on the outside (though the guest pace is below the nice staircase). There's a huge nice garden
The living room air conditioning worked well.
We only stayed 1 night, so we didn't get a chance to feel the place.
There are 2 bedrooms, not 3. You use the couch on the living room.
The air conditioning is only in the living room and the other bedroom is away (didn't bother us really as the particular night we spent there wasn't too hot)
There's only a single bathroom with toilet and shower.
The villa was hard to find strictly by address.
The owner barely speaks English. Her mother which stays on the villa speaks Italian and Croatian, so it was a bit harder to communicate.
