This luxurious villa is located on the island of Krk in the small village of Kras, just 4 km from the sea.
The absolutely quiet location on the edge of nature guarantees perfect relaxation and privacy, with every comfort. Enjoy the perfect mix of natural materials and modern style indoors and outdoors, away from the hustle and bustle and yet close to the island's lively and authentic coastal towns.

The ground floor offers an open living and dining area with an integrated kitchen, as well as one of the bathrooms and a bedroom with two single beds.
Via the open staircase you reach the upper floor, where you will find two further bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as the third bedroom with a directly connected bathroom. From the latter you have access to the spacious and covered balcony.
The high-quality construction standard with full thermal insulation and UV light absorbing window glass always ensures a pleasant room climate in summer. In addition, the villa has air conditioning units with integrated heating on every floor and, for the cooler seasons, a beautiful fireplace in the living area.

Kras is a wonderful and quiet village on the beautiful island of Krk. The villa was excellent. It was finished to a very high standard and really well furnished. The bedrooms were all great sizes and the master with its balcony and amazing en suite was exceptional. The small kitchen area was very well equipped and met our needs perfectly. The pool was perfect for us, with lots of seating around the side. It was not overlooked at all. Everyone we met were incredibly helpful - the owners, the house manager, even the next door neighbours!
This was our second stay on Krk and the island was even better the second time around. Our highlights were Oprna Bay, evenings at Malinska and Krk harbours, and lazy afternoons by the pool. Everywhere was only 20 mins by car from the villa.

Hochwertig ausgestattetes Objekt mit schöner Aussenanlage in sehr ruhiger Lage. Sehr nette Eigentümer. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
