Everything about the house is well thought and in good condition, the house is modern, automated, well furnished and equipped, specially the kitchen; the pool is great for families with children as it is not too deep; the barbecue area is great; lot of green space around to explore and the view is beautiful.
Not the house itself but its exact location it's a bit hard to find, maybe a sign at the beginning of the entrance road would help; the entrance road that leads to the house is in bad condition and should be repaired; the exterior of the house could also use some work, maybe leveling the ground.

Host experience was unfortunately very poor. It's shame I have to leave a low review for such a nice place. We had a broken kettle that was only replaced after 5 days of our stay, and one a broken toilet which was never fixed (we weren't informed about it, until we experienced it ourselves). When we arrived at the property for check in no one was there, we had to wait and call the host to come. The host didn't speak much English checked us in a few minutes not explaining much and left. The most disappointing thing was that the host charged us 200 Eur deposit that was not returned because of the damage made. Except on some places that were not perfectly clean which I admit, other reported things were not broken by us. There are actually quite a few not well functioning things across the house, and for such a large house you would have to do a very diligent check, not to get tricked by the host as we did. At the check out there was a different person that didn't do any inspection, said everything is fine and we left. Almost a week later I asked why my deposit is being returned, and I was told that it was all used for the damaged made. After explaining our experience and saying that there was no one checking anything during the check out, hosts ignored our arguments and blamed us for things that they found broken which we didn't break. It's really a shame that we have to feel tricked by the host, after having a great stay.
