Nice comfortable hotel with amazing view

We only stayed for 2 days, but wish we could longer :) Nice modern room with kitchenette, clean bathroom and spacious balcony with a beautiful panoramic view of almost the entire western coast of Lake Garda. The hotel is located close to the main road, but on the hill so you don't see cars and it's quiet at night. It's also a perfect starting point to go north and visit all the nicest towns around Garda. And there's a lovely little harbor with restaurants and bar within the short walking distance from hotel. The owner was very nice and responsive. Can only recommend!

Apartments with a beautiful view of the lake from the balcony.

The place is excellent. The view from the balcony is breathtaking on the lake. I am resting here for the second time. This time the hotel rooms are renovated, modern, however it has lost its original charm. The parking is good.

The kitchen in the apartment is very poorly equipped. It was equipped by a man :). They tried to make it modern, but I managed to make it handy. There is nothing to wash the dishes with. There are no wine glasses.

We are very glad that we choose residence San Vito. Beatiful place. Big balcony with an amazing view of the lake Garda. Perfect for having a coffee or a meal there. The room has quite enough space, kitchen is stocked with supplies. Close to the beach, easy access, private sun beds included. Private garage. Great location, good start point to trips (lake, mountains, cities). Very friendly staff. We had a problem with the car on the way to Italy, so we arrived two days later than the rezervation. It wasnt a problem and we paid from the day of our real arrival. Thanks! We were so satisfied and loved the place so we stayed a few days longer. Lovely vacation.

Die Zimmer waren neu renoviert, sehr großzügig und sauber. Es war in der Küchenzeile alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr schöne Terrasse mit Seeblick.

Doskonała lokalizacja z super widokiem na jezioro, 20 m od promenady nad jeziorem , 30 m od uroczej plaży idealnej do kąpieli. Wygodny, bezpłatny garaż dla samochodów. Wygodny, duży prysznic. Bliskim spacerem 10 minut do restauracji i kawiarni.

Perfekte sauberkeit, ultra freundliche ReinigungsDame! Die Zimmer haben alle einen Balkon mit Blick auf den See. Der Balkon ist eigentlich ein riesengroße Terrasse man hat sehr viel Platz. Sehr herzlicher und netter Gastgeber. Die Nähe zum See ist toll. kleiner steiler Weg hoch zum Hotel oder hinab zum See. Hoteleigene Liegen am See, die wir zwar nicht genutzt haben - aber wir haben uns über die Möglichkeit gefreut. Das tolle Frühstück kann man auch tageweise hinzubuchen. Die kleine Küche in dem Zimmer ist wirklich prima und sehr gut ausgestattet. Hunde Willkommen, auch beim Frühstück. Grandiose Dusche, tolles neues Badezimmer! Moderne, schöne Zimmer! Auf Wunsch täglich frische Handtücher. Wir haben uns als Gäste sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt.

Toller Urlaub

Die Lage war perfekt, man war direkt am See und auch von dem Balkon hatte man eine tolle Aussicht. Das Frühstück haben wir für 10€ p.P dazu gebucht und es wurde täglich frisch zubereitet und man konnte am Balkon mit tollem Blick auf den See frühstücken. Die Küche war sparsam, aber ausreichend eingerichtet. Alles, was wir gebraucht haben, war vorhanden.

Schöne Unterkunft, für uns aber enttäuschend

Unser Zimmer in der Residence San Vito war zweckmäßig einfach eingerichtet. Es gab eine sehr kleine Küchenzeile mit einem Kochfeld mit 2 Platten, einen Kühlschrank und eine Spüle. Hätte man dort wirklich kochen wollen, wäre das aufgrund der sehr schmalen Ausstattung allerdings nicht möglich gewesen. Außerdem waren neben den Betten auch ein Kleiderschrank, ein runder Tisch, 2 Stühle und eine Garderobe mit Ablage vorhanden. Alles wirkte relativ neu, vermutlich ist hier vor kurzem renoviert worden. Die Regendusche im Bad war toll, leider musste man das Wasser aber bis zu 3 Minuten laufen lassen, bevor es warm wurde. In Zeiten der Wasserknappheit, gerade in dieser Region, ein No-Go. Ein Fahrstuhl bringt einen von der Garage auf die Etage der Zimmer. Der Besitzer des Hotels war sehr freundlich, sprach sogar deutsch und war sehr hilfsbereit.

-Leider hatten wir bis zum letzten Tag kein wirkliches WLAN. Angeblich funktionierte alles, leider war das nicht so. Eine Speedtestmessung brachte etwas um die 8-9 Mbps zum Vorschein. Aber selbst die bekamen wir in der Regel nicht. Die Seiten konnten schlichtweg nicht geladen werden, egal ob GMX oder Google, Die Bemühungen des Hotelbesitzers einen Techniker ins Hotel zu bekommen, blieben leider bis zu unserer Abreise erfolglos. - Die Tür zum Bad ging nicht richtig zu. Wenn man bei geschlossener Tür die Balkontür öffnete und im Bad das Fenster geöffnet war, ging die Tür von selbst wieder auf. Nur wenn man sie von innen abschloß, blieb sie zu. - Der Fußboden war oft sehr dreckig. Lief man barfuß herum, bekam man schwarze Fußsohlen. - Das Kochfeld war nicht richtig festgeschraubt - Die Garage ist schon sehr grenzwertig, wenn lange Autos dort unterkommen müssen - Die Betten waren sehr wackelig. Wir hatten darum gebeten, die Betten zu trennen, die waren dann aber sehr instabil und rutschten gerne weg - Frühstück kostet extra - kein Wäscheständer auf dem Balkon Designermäßig empfanden wir das Zimmer als kalt. Aber das ist natürlich eine Geschmackssache.

Tolle kleine Residence mit Blick auf den See

Sehr liebevoll geführte kleine Residence mit toller Lage . Der Besitzer ist super nett. Alles ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Appartements sind modern und gut ausgestattet. Am Strand befinden sich hauseigene Liegen. Zur Anlage gehört ein Parkhaus, was bei der Hitze sehr angenehm war. Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden regelmäßig gewechselt. Da das Haus etwas zurück gesetzt am Hang liegt, hört man nachts kaum den Verkehr auf der Gardesana. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

De accomodatie zag er uit alsof het recentelijk gerenoveerd was. Alles was keurig schoon en zag er uit als nieuw. Als we nog eens bij het Gardameer komen zullen we hier zeker terug komen!
