ANITA A15 Family Apartment Sunny Beach

The apartment is pretty well furnished. It has a kettle, coffee machine, washing machine, vacuum, iron and a hair dryer. It’s located in a calm area, not too far from the main street and beach (5-10 min walk). We didn’t have any bad experience with the staff, they were very kind and welcoming. They waited for us outside the building upon our arrival, let us in and showed us everything we needed to know.

The state of the bedsheets and towels was horrendous. We found mold on one of the pillowcases, the bedding had stains and hair all over it, the towels still had makeup and blood stains all over them. We called the managing company and asked if they could bring us another set of bedsheets and towels, which they did right away, but they were disgusting as well. I used a t-shirt as a pillowcase, because i was too disgusted to rest my head on that pillow. They also give you only 1 roll of toilet paper, no matter how long your stay is, which is obviously not enough.

Konumu merkeze yakın, yürüyerek ulaştık. Havuzu temiz ve çok sakindi.

Konaklama rezervasyonu ev sahibi onaylamadı. Booking üzerinden sorulan sorulara cevap alamadık ve telefon ile iletişime geçtik. Kendileri şirket olduklarını ve anahtarı almamız için ofise gitmemiz gerektiğini söylediler. O sıcakta tesisten ofise yürüdük. Ve bizden ödemeyi almadıklarını ve ofiste ödeme yapmamızı istediler. Booking üzerinden sadece rezerve aldıklarımı belirttiler . Sanırım şirket bookinge komisyon vermemek için bunu yapıyor. Rezerveyi iptal etmek zorunda kaldım. Sonra verdikleri anahtar sadece daire kapısını açıyordu . Tesise döndükten sonra ana kapıları açan kartın bize getirilmesini yaklaşık 4 saat bekledik ve bu arada kaç defa telefon ettik bilmiyorum. Tam bir rezaletti . Tesis fena değil fakat aracı şirket berbattı.
