Lovely cottage. Excellent location.

The location was excellent. Troyes was easily accessible by car. There were some excellent forest walks, and the lake was beautiful. The garden was enclosed for the dog. Aircon was good. The rooms were spacious enough with modern decor.

The tv seemed difficult to use, and was only internet tv, and we had to sign into apps that we had a subscription to. Cleanliness was generally good, but could be improved.

Beautiful location

Really good location. Right next to the lake and voie verte.

It could do with a little maintenance. The back door lock was never easy to do. Lots of fiddling around to get it to lock.

Good stay, nice location.

Location close to the lake was excellent. Rented bikes and spent all day touring round the lake. Dined in the Belvedere restaurant. Excellent food, ambience and value for money. By staying at the cottage got a discount card to use at the Troyes outlet stores which was very welcome.

Very early in the season but still felt the lawn grass could have been cut and the patio cleaned. Cottage was clean but needs a deep clean so for example skirting was dusty and lights above dining table covered in cobwebs.

Comfortable house in beautiful location

Nice location directly next to the lake 2 nice bedrooms with lots of space for luggage and comfortable beds. Nice fireplace! Good location when with a dog

Unfortunately there is no bakery or supermarket closeby, so you really require a car.

Relaxing short break by a beautiful lake with good restaurants close by. Troyes, vignards etc nearby

Great location, very close to places of interest, yet submerged in the nature. Very peaceful and outstanding views. Great restaurants walking distance

The place was not as clean as we would have hoped but the person in charge was very responsive and immediately arranged for extra cleaning

Bon séjour au lac, dans une maison confortable et fonctionnel.

Nous étions déjà venus dans ce cottage il y a 4 ans. Nous avons retrouvé nos petites habitudes (avec un enfant de plus). C'était agréable. La cuisine est fonctionnelle, l'espace à vivre est spacieux, les chambres sont confortables. Le jardin donne sur le lac ce qui n'est pas pour nous déplaire.

Par contre, depuis notre dernière visite, il semblerait que rien n'ait été entretenu + que nécessaire...Les volets ont du mal à fermer et sont abîmés, un des matelas est creusé et n'est pas confortable pour dormir, un peu de peinture s'écaille dans la douche et manque d'obstruer l'évacuation...Rien de bien grave en soit, et nous avons tout de même passé un agréable séjour. Mais pour le prix payé nous trouvons que le bien pourrait être mieux entretenu.

Bon emplacement face au lac.

Très bon emplacement en face du lac. Et la brasserie à côté pour déjeuner ou dîner est un réel plus.

Le logement est un peu plus vieillot qu’il ne parait sur les photos. Le ménage n’était pas incroyable et on avait pas mal de toiles d’araignées dans les placards, notamment ceux de la cuisine.
