בית מקסים במיקום מצוין לסיורים וטיולים באזור פליון עם מראה מדהים של הים - התמונות לגמרי משקפות זאת ללא גוזמה. הבית מבריק מנקיון, מצויד היטב ונוח לשהיה ארוכה גם בכל מזג אוויר, לרבות מכונת כביסה, מטבח מצויד, 2 חדרי שירותים, מרפסת רחבת ידיים עם גן חביב ביותר וריהוט גן בקומת הקרקע ומרפסת קטנה עם שולחן קפה קטן ו-2 כסאות בקומה העליונה בצמידות לחדר השינה הראשי. 2 המרפסות הן עם נוף מדהים לים - עוצר נשימה! התקשורת עם בעלת הבית בווטסאפ היתה מצוינת ומהירה. מתאים בקלות למשפחה עד 4 נפשות. מומלץ בחום, נ.ב. טיפ קטן - למי שחשוב לשמור על כושר מעבר לטיולים הרגליים שהאזור מספק בשפע, או שסתם בא לו או לה להתפנק בסוף היום בחמאם/סאונה רטובה וסאונה יבשה - יש במרחק של כ-10 דקות נסיעה ריזורט מצוין בשם - 12 months luxury שמציע כניסה למתקנים אלה בעלות של 10 יורו ליום לאדם - אחרי שקצת מתמקחים... חדר הכושר אמנם בסיסי אבל ביחד עם 2 הסאונות שהשהות בהן היא פרטית ושמורה רק לכם.ן - המחיר מאוד משתלם. אפשר גם כמובן גם טיפולים נוספים כמו בכל ספא שמכבד את עצמו- לחובבי.ות הז'אנר
בסה"כ, הכל היה מצוין. השטח של המטבח קצת קטן - זה לא חסרון, רק משהו שכדאי לקחת בחשבון למי שרגילים בארץ למטבח בגודל סטנדרטי או מעבר לכך בביתם.

בית מקסים, צופה על הים בכפר שמהווה נקודה טובה ליציאה לחופים וטיולים במזרח פיליון. מטבח מאובזר בו בישלנו ארוחות וחצר מקסימה. הילדים שלנו אהבו במיוחד את מיטת הגלריה החמודה. המארחת מקסימה ואכפתית, זמינה לכל עניין ועונה מהר. ממליצים מאוד על הדירה למשפחות ולכל מי שרוצה מפלט של שקט.
הדירה מעט חשוכה אבל לא באופן דרמטי
