The pool - beautiful view but please be aware that you are not allowed pool inflatables or to eat by the pool. you're not allowed to wear your flip flops/shoes, you have to take them off at the gate. it's strictly manned by staff. Not a bad thing, but can be very busy with kids on the weekend, but we found it fairly peaceful on a few of the days we were there too. There is a deep and shallow end but no jumping/diving allowed (although this may just be a rule for kids). The pool was a selling point for me and I wouldn't say it disappointed. Plenty of sunbeds - always lots available at any time of day. Balcony - The balcony and view were gorgeous but as the outlet for the air conditioning was on the balcony, you had warm air being blown onto an already hot balcony, so we found it difficult to enjoy using the balcony most of the time. Wifi - it worked :). They don't tell you how to access the wifi before you arrive which is a bit annoying. We couldn't even find the router but it turned out to be in the cupboard under the tv. They should change the code to an easy word rather than a 25 character code :D Communication - Decent communication. You can contact them via whatsapp or their messaging system. However I sent all messages in English and one person replied to me completely in French so that was unhelpful. They also kept calling me different names which was a bit rude (better to say Madam than to just pick a random name to call someone by). Parking - free gated parking.

I wouldn't discourage people from staying here, but there's a few things you should know before you do: Size - the photos make the apartment look a lot bigger than it is (wide angle lens). very little space in the 1 bedroom, and the bunk beds are in the corridor between the living room and bedroom so little privacy and easy to disturb anyone using those beds. All of the space felt very tight for us, we were 4 petite adults. Air conditioning - there is only one air conditioning unit which is in the living room. We went at the end of Aug and it was around 30 degrees C. Therefore the bunk beds and the separate bedroom were hard to keep cool at times (although not unbearable). There were two large fans but they were quite noisy so hard to use when trying to sleep for some people. Car park - the code to enter the car park is an ATTACHMENT to the email they send you. They don't make this clear. It's a multi-level, very shady looking underground car park and not the best 'welcome' visually but we didn't have any issues in terms of crime. Staff / Collecting Keys - Key box option is great as it means you can collect them when suits you. However, there is no where to stop if you are in a car and hard to find any kind of parking nearby so this made the keys a little difficult to collect. We arrived a little early and the keys weren't in the box. We went to Immogrooms office - luckily there were open and nearby (in car). Unfortunately the staff weren't friendly and one of my friends who needed the toilet didn't feel comfortable going back in to use one. Cleanliness - Hadn't had a proper clean before we arrived. I was fine with it but a few of my friends were quite unimpressed, so it depends what your standards are. Bath, sinks, toilet seemed ok to me which I think are the main things. Appliances / furniture - the oven did not work for us which isn't great considering we'd intended to cook.
