Exceptional

We totally loved it. The location is just outside Pula, the bus station is close by and within 20 minutes you are at the city centre. Due to not being in the city, the place is really quiet, which is perfect for relaxing. 10 minutes to the sea. The owner was really friendly and asked multiple times if there is anything missing/they can help with, you really feel cared for. We had the deluxe studio and used the patio a lot, once again, really quiet and relaxing, and the kitchen had everything you need. We can definitely recommend this place!!

Modern, fresh and luxurious.

So impressed. We were messaged before we arrived to confirm our arrival via WhatsApp by Manuela which is very practical. She provided us with a welcome drink which we appreciated after our long journey there.The room is immaculate, modern, light, and very well planned out. The pool and patio is so nice and pleasant, similar to 5 star hotel level. The balcony over the pool was excellent for relaxing. I didn't really want to leave.

Nothing to dislike with the place. The only thing to be aware of is the road towards the property is unpaved so drive carefully. The guests who parked next to us were parked half way over our space for 2 of the days as they had a large car. The parking space is quite small.

Really good, above expectations. The owner helped us with all the information about the city and the apartment included all the neccessities, so I would higly recommend. The beach is just 5 minutes walk away.

Modern clean apartment close to beach and shops/bakery.

Manuela the host was very kind and friendly. The room was very modern and spotlessly clean. There where drinks for our arrival in the fridge which was very nice touch.

Exceptional

We spent 6 nights at the Vila Valla Studio apartment with the balcony.. My brother recommended it to us as he was here some weeks ago and he had nothing than recommendation for the accomodation. So we decided to stay there as well.. We arrived earlier than expected and were able to get into the room before the official checkin-time. That was very good. Manuela welcomed us shortly after that and showed and told us everything important. During our stay we were always able to contact her via whatsapp and got a quick answer. The room itself is very clean and spacious enough for more than one night. The beds are comfy and the kitchen well equiped. You are not able to use the tv from the bed as it‘s very close to the head of the bed and there is a lamp in front of it - so be aware of that when booking this room. It was no problem for as because we weren‘t there to watch TV.. The wifi is excellent, even at the pool. It‘s a short walk to the beach that was very crowded in August, so we rather spent the day at the pool and went to the beach just for swimming.. Every apartment has its own parking space! We also got the recommendation for the pizzaria Tivoli what was very nice! So all in all: Thank you Manuela and Amir for this great accomodation, hope we can get back soon! :-) Alina and Christoph

Perfect and relaxing vacation

- everything you need in walking distance (bakery, supermarket, restaurants, beach) - clean and comfortable - quiet and private pool area - everything is exactly the same as shown in the pictures and given in the description - the owners are very friendly and always help or answer questions very fast - bus stop to Pula and Fazana city is very close We loved everything about the place and enjoyed our stay. We were very sad to leave and may come back one day as the area and the apartment were great. The pictures I uploaded were made on the day of our departure. Therefore everything does not look as perfect and clean as it did on the day of our arrival.

Everything was perfect. We enjoyed our stay. Apartment was located near the sea - approx 5 minutes of walking. Beach was perfect. We live in the city so we enjoyed this calm place. But there is also lot of activities to do if you want to. But you need to use your car or bicycle. The pool was clean and nice. The owners are very nice and helpful. The communication with them was great and they were ready to help you even when you need a wooden spoon at 21:00 :D. We definitely recommend.

Der Host war supernett und präsent ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Die Wohnung hat ein richtig bequemes Bett und war super schön. Es gab sogar eine Garderobe, was wir sonst von Ferienwohnungen in Istrien nicht kannten, so musste unser Zeug nicht rumliegen.

Der Fön war leider nicht so leistungsstark und es gab leider keinen Wäscheständer , was bei einem Strandurlaub schon sehr wichtig war für uns. Beim plodine haben wir für 15 Euro einen gekauft.

Тихе місце, до пляжу 600 метрів, в апартаментах було все необхідне (посуд, мікрохвильова піч, чайник, кавоварка, холодильник, фен, пилосос). Зручне ліжко, кондиціонер і телевізор у кожній кімнаті, тераса, шампунь, кондиціонер, туалетний папір , достатня кількість полотенець. Кава, цукор, чай в асортименті і це дуже приємно. В апартаментах дуже чисто. Власний басейн і велосипеди. Власна автостоянка поруч із будинком (50 метрів від помешкання). Магазин Plodine неподалік (2км). Чудова набережна для ранкових пробіжок і прогулянок.

Квартира нова, ще не було пральної машини і це єдина незручність для мене.

주인분이 친절해서 좋았어요. 청소상태도 깨끗하고~ 자전거를 대여할 수 있는것도 큰 장점이었습니다. 너무 만족합니다. 고마워요 마누엘라 ;)

주차장이 조금 떨어져있지만 큰 단점은 아니였습니다.
