Nice location away from Porto craziness.
Our bathroom (shower) was a little old. Tiles were broken. Please change.

Lovely hotel and great staff. Fabulous pool and gardens. Water taxi to the old city much appreciated.
Ate in the restaurant twice and my food was cold on both occasions. The hot food at the breakfast buffet was cold as well as the hot plates weren't lit, so nothing stayed hot.
Some of the cleaning not perfect. Some windows in communal areas were dirty and our bathroom had a couple of minor dirty marks that looked like they'd been there a while.
So frustrating as it's a lovely hotel.

This is impeccable property . Out skirt of Porto city .
The staffs are like “Black Comedy”.
It supposed to be 5 star hotel.
Staffs seems very restless and staff kept forgetting many things. That happens if Staffs are exhausted of working . Not well trained to be at 5 star.
Thats why I descried as Black comedy.
