We loved the location, the views, the restaurant, pool, bay beaches and the fact that the ocean wasn't too far away. We would definitely book again.
We just had a minor glitch with bench legs to a kitchen table.

Location close to entrance of property and near free street parking for additional vehicles, beds were comfortable, linen towels and wash clothes provided, house was spacious, kitchen was stocked w utensils(only missing cork screw and can opener) ample cookware and dishes provided
Secured, clean exterior property
Only 3 parking passes for a 5 bedroom house. We were 5 couples. The facility room closed at 4:30 so we couldn't get additional pass if we wanted to. The $70 price for additional parking pass is ridiculous. Carpet on stairs was dirty. Bottom floor room was cold maybe provide space heater in fall winter and early spring. Provide trash collection instructions in a prominent location. More detailed cleaning needed
