Bronte Beach Coastal Apartment with Ocean View

Amazing views and surroundings, good proximity to shops and beach

Wifi signal range and speed was not great (especially for remote work)

It was clean & got a good view & great breeze

Parking was a big issue. Had to drive around many times trying to find something close by The lounge really needs replacing- old , lumpy & a bit grubby.

No breakfast included. Property near to where our relation lived. Wanted a sea view.

Confirming ID was very poor. Why do you need a selfie? Instructions asked for picture of passport. Eventually got selfie accepted. Portal was not working properly. Very frustrating.

I had to complete a check in procedure on line to receive my details of keys etc for key entry but on arrival the letter box where the key box was located was already open and the lock set at the wrong number lucky the key box was still there On arrival the Kitchen & Bedroom had an infestation of ants that we had to go and buy ant spray at 10pm, the toilet also had remnants of a previous guest basic cleaning needs improving, sofas hadn’t been moved in a while to clean behind kitchen cabinets when wiped down the front door coverings caused more mess Floor rug a trip hazard and also needed a good clean Very basic almost non existent welcome pack (Tea bags x 2 with coffee pods) after these points were highlighted to the management company all they said was we would notify the cleaners
