About this villa rental
Nestled in the heart of the lush Nebrodi Mountains in Sicily, just a stone’s throw from the village of Tortorici and surrounded by over 10,000 square meters of parkland, stands our Villa Lara.
Wake up breathing in the scent of the woods at 468 meters above sea level and enjoy breakfast by the pool, perhaps while soaking in the large hot tub.
You can spend your time strolling through our park, rich with centuries-old trees, and if you enjoy fitness, you can take advantage of our well-equipped fitness trail or use the gym with Technogym equipment.
Enjoy a relaxing sauna after returning from a leisurely hike, and dine with your loved ones or friends while admiring one of Sicily’s most breathtaking views.
Inside the house, you’ll also find a traditional wood-fired oven, where you can bake a delicious Italian pizza if you’d like.
During the winter, you can enjoy the snow-covered landscape and savor traditional local roasted chestnuts by one of the house’s fireplaces.
The elegantly renovated rooms are meticulously designed down to the smallest detail to offer a completely relaxing vacation. Furthermore, Tortorici is an excellent base for visiting the cities of Catania, Palermo, Messina, Taormina, and all of Sicily’s Tyrrhenian and Ionian coasts.

This villa was amazing! I cannot fault it in any way. Sebastiano was a fantastic host, extremely friendly, very helpful and does everything he can to make you feel welcome and help you with your stay, he even got us a welcome package which was delicious.The villa is very spacious and met all our needs, with a 13 year old and 2 year old, who loved the play area and pool, we didn't want to leave.Views are beautiful and the local town has some bars, restaurants, bakery, butchers and small supermarkets, perfect for anything you need.We would certainly come back and recommend this Villa to everyone. Sebastiano, thank you for everything.

We, a family with freinds, had a fantastic stay in the amazing Villa Lara in Tortorici, Sicily.
The house is spacious, beautiful and esthetic and located in a calm place with a feeling of being part of the real Sicily.
The pool and the jacuzzi helped during the hottest days and they both worked without any problems.
We as a family like to plan our vacation on a daily basis which worked out well here.
We did daily tours to Palermo, Catania, Taormina, Cefalù, Capo d’Orlando and other locations.
We also like to combine cooking ourselves and eating out in restaurants equally. With both a great kitchen and the outdoor grill, combined with local and close-by restaurants, it was just perfect for us.
The owner and his family were very welcoming and generous and eager to help with any questions or issues we had.
We really recommend this place!
