Мне понравилась чистота, уборка каждый день, мусор не скапливается
Не понравилось отношение персонала к нас и другим гостям. Администратор Наталья, когда была её смена больше ничем не занималась, кроме как следила за нами по камерам. После приходила с замечаниями. Причем когда другие гости спали в гостиной, ели, шумели, распивалик алкоголь им она замечания не делает, только мне и детям. Также когда она курит, то весь хостел внутри воняет дымом. При том, что курить там вообще запрещено. В целом мне не понравилось что для длительно проживающих какие то другие правила, чем к посуточным. Администрация с ними курит и пьёт, а нам даже чай попить в гостиной нельзя, когда кухня полная пьяных мужиков.
