Located above a boutique clothing store and dog grooming service and across the street from Rising River Brewing. Relax in comfort with a well applianced kitchen, sitting area, king bed, and central air. Located 15 minutes from Meadville.

Our unit has a keyless locking system. On street parking or reserved parking in the rear of the building marked Unit 4. Entrance is on Water St. look for black door with Ardis logo. This is the door to use for accesses to your overnight stay.

Nicely done and up to date Only Complaint was that the shower head was too close to the wall and you had to huddle right under it.
