Second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. Third bedroom has a queen size bed. One assigned off street parking space. Located on the 2nd level or middle level of the building with steps to the unit. Unit and it's deck faces towards the beach and tennis courts. Owner does provide King Sheets Only

Note: Outside grills are not permitted anywhere on this property...no outside on decks...no on the ground either. No Smoking in or around entire complex

A beautiful spacious condo with an ocean view and just steps to the beach! The condo was clean and roomy enough for 4 adults and a toddler. Awesome check in experience with curbside check in at the realtor. There is only one parking spot and parking is very difficult in Sea Isle but we lucked out with a great spot in front of the condo and never moved our car! This condo is in a great location within walking distance to almost everywhere so there is no need to to drive once you are settled. One suggestion I would offer- complimentary beach tags would be a nice touch. However we were able to easily download a beach tag app and purchase weekly digital tags. Overall we loved our stay here and would recommend this place!
