There is also a bonus room for the kids on the first floor complete with a TV, two sofas, one is a queen pullout sleeper sofa, and it own half bathroom. The wonderful home is located directly across the street from the beach which shows a little ocean view from the outside deck. On the second floor are three beautiful bedrooms, one with its own bathroom, plus a hall bathroom, and a laundry area with a full size washer and dryer. Two of the bedrooms (one has a private deck) have twin beds in each room, and the other has a king size bedroom along with a beautiful walk in shower, and its own private deck. The third floor has another bedroom with a queen size bed and a full bathroom (with soaking tub for the little ones), that can be made private or accessible to the hallway and living room area. Also on the third floor is a beautiful white kitchen with granite counter tops, a center island with three bar stools, and all the amenities for cooking and entertaining. The dining table seats eight, and along with the three bar stools, there are seating arrangements for eleven people. Last is the dining room with a huge sectional sofa, a few nice fabric chairs, all looking out at the blue skies (hopefully) from the sliding door which leads to the deck.
