There is a $75 charge for each key or garage opener that is not returned at check-out. Keys MUST be returned at check-out to avoid fees.

My wife and I enjoyed this place for two weeks for Christmas and New Year holidays. We used this as our home base, while we visited our daughter's family in Lake Mary at her place and the three of them came here for as much time as they could. The 3BR/3BA were perfect with two bedrooms and Family room having sliding doors to the HUGE balcony/patio. Enjoyed very short walk to 4 diners/cafes, ABC store, and within very short driving distance to several good restaurants and grocery stores. We did not use the pool or hot tub of the condo because it was usually in the 60's and not the best weather. The ocean view was the best even when it was stormy. I hope to stay here again when the weather is warmer, and we are back to visit.

The photographs tell the story. This is a lovely three bedroom condo on the second floor with a huge balcony overlooking the beach. Two of the bedrooms open to the patio so you can fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the waves. There's plenty of space to spread out. There's several good places to eat within walking distance. Our host, John, was fantastic.

Our stay exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The condo is spacious, clean, updated and decorated so nicely. There was a welcoming basket of snacks and toiletries that proved handy after a day of driving. We spent so much time on the deck and enjoyed the ocean view (so much space!). We hope to return next year. Contact was easy, and Brett was always quick to respond and helpful.

Everything you need for a beach vacation is there. We stayed for 3 weeks. Each of our grown children and grands came a different week to be with their favorite grandparents! First week was with 2 teenage grand daughters and parents —-laid back! 2nd week was the 3 red headed grandsons—-live action!! Last week was with 2preschool grandsons and parents. Convenient location and loved all the rules as it kept out riff raff folks! Residents and other renters were friendly and very helpful. Management company on site monitors all aspects of property. Felt very safe as cameras everywhere for protection. Would stay again but I feel VRBO adds so many fees that price of day rate is not true by 40% more. Just saying. When used VRBO for Orient Bay SXM adds on was not like in US.
