Located on 91st Street and Coastal Highway on the Ocean block this Beautifully decorated condo boasts a perfect location only steps to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, Supermarkets, and local shopping. Furnished with a queen bed, day bed with trundle, and Memory foam mattresses, it comfortably sleeps four. We provide Linen, Towels, coffee, tea, and basic spices. You can whip up your favorite meal in our fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private balcony or relax on the huge sun deck on the 2nd floor. Start your day with the mesmerizing sunrise at the beach or walk across the street to watch the sunset over the bay.

Perfect spot for beach, with easy access to other OC amenities. Great for our family of 3 over a long weekend. Communication with host exceptional. Loved having chairs and umbrella available as well!

This property was clean, had all the amenities you need for a beach trip, and is just a very short walk (maybe 2 mins) to Ocean City Beach. Parking was directly under the unit with a short trip upstairs to get to the room. We had 2 adults and a toddler and it was just enough room for us. The in-room washer/dryer combo was a big plus. They offer a beach umbrella and chairs in a storage unit which worked nicely for us (for folks with mobility concerns, the beach chairs are ones that basically sit right on the sand, and they’re a little hard to get out of, just an fyi), and the storage unit was easily accessible near the parking lot to the property. The host communicated kindly and quickly with us. We definitely recommend this property!
