Getting the whole family together for a trip to the Sierras? This Martis Valley vacation rental is what you've been searching for! New construction, beautifully decorated, and centrally located, this Schaffer's Mill townhome has something for everyone. The main floor offers a beautiful space to gather, with an open floor plan that includes a great room centered around the cozy fireplace and large flat screen television. The adjacent kitchen features high end appliances, a six burner gas range, and gorgeous island that comfortably sits 4. Enjoy a casual meal at the island, or linger over dinner at the spacious and comfortable dining table. In the summer months, relax outdoors on the landscaped patio, complete with patio dining area for evening BBQs.
The gorgeous primary suite is located on the main floor as well and offers a large flat-screen TV. The primary bath is equally as adorned and includes a soaking tub, double vanity, and glass shower.
Upstairs, two guest bedrooms round out the space and share a full bath between them. The queen bedroom is spacious and offers its own flat screen TV while the third guest room is equipped for children and can accommodate as many as 4 littles ones.

4. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
5. The house only has one zone of A/C on the downstairs level.

We had a wonderful stay at Trestlewood Lodge at Schaffer's Mill. The home was well-equipped and incredibly comfortable for a group of 6 (though it can accommodate 8 or even 9 comfortably). The decor was comfortable and quite high end; and it was great to spend time in the home on days when some of us chose not to ski. Bonus was discovering that the Sawyer restaurant - a great location - was only minutes away! Tahoe Getaways was also readily available to answer any questions and offered us an opportunity to have late checkout (which meant one more day of skiing!). Overall, this rental exceeded our expectations and we will hope to return!

Our accommodations were terrific. We enjoyed having a gas fireplace and outdoor areas for enjoying the beautiful weather. Nice to have humidifyers for our use- especially since we're not used to the dry weather. Beds were very comfortable. The Sawyer restaurant was conveniently located close by for a craft cocktail or delicious meal. We had trouble with the cable TV and despite the efforts to correct them, we weren't able to use the family room TV during our visit. We did not take the time to have someone come out to fix it- and just used our computer instead.
