Moliets Plage, 100% wood building house, under the pine forest in a quiet green setting, on the edge of the Courant d'Huchet Natural Reserve.
It offers all comfort, with quality bedding and equipment, in a very preserved environment. Lulled by the song of the cicadas, come and relax and enjoy the joys of the ocean, walks in the forest, by bike, tennis, golf… What happiness!
It includes: large living room with television, equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker filter, toaster), 1 bedroom with 1 bed in 160x200, 1 bedroom with 1 bed in 140x200 and 2 beds in 90x200, bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Wooden terrace, table and chairs, plancha, outside shower. Private path to the beach. Bike paths and the village are very close. All amenities are nearby. 1.5 km from the Moliets golf course (top 25 in Europe), 25 km from Hossegor and 1 hour from Biarritz. Parking space under the big house. WIFI. Capacity: 6 people. Bed linen and towels included. A contribution to charges of €50 per week will be requested between MID-OCTOBER et MID-MAY included. The Cabana is a wonderful place to stay, it’s location behind the dunes in the pine forest is unique, the spacious interior is perfect, enough light with all he windows, the terrace offers shadow and sun and the outside shower is awesome. The bathroom is big enough for 5 people and the sleeping rooms fit perfect for a family with kids.
Although the house and especially the bathroom and windows were proper cleaned we had to clean all dishes and cutlery, not only because of dirt the smell was strong. We cleaned the cupboards because of strong smell too. The third kids bed was surrounded by spider webs and some fittings tend to attract spiderwebs too.
We don’t know why, but the surrounding forest delivers a breeze of urine depending on the wind direction.
At the end of the stay we found some used diabetic needles and infusions in the not used ashtray.
As frequent Travellers to the french coast we already found out that a common understanding for a clean property is not natural and we are definitely not delicate or afraid of certain things. But you can definitely find cleaner accommodation at the end of the world or in the middle of nowhere.
Anyway we had a good time but recommend to ask the agency about the condition of the cabana.
We recommend to bring mosquito nets for the beds.
