Charming, spacious old house with all the luxury you'd want

Wonderfully decorated and recently renovated old house. Has everything you need with a modern and brand-new kitchen and bathroom. Also has a lovely patio (see pictures). Located on the edge of the old city centre so you can walk everywhere which is great if you're visiting Maastricht. Hostess was very friendly and happy to provide tips for restaurants, etc. Would stay here again if we are visiting the city in the future!

Earplugs were needed to sleep well in the front bedroom because of the noise from the road (the smaller bedroom in the back of the house was fine). As the property is in/near the city centre, with young people on their way to parties, this was to be expected.

De locatie, zowel betaalbaar parkeren als het centrum op loop afstand en de charme van het huis.

Het bed en dekbed in de kamer aan straatzijde waren te klein, zeker als je langer dan 1.85 bent. Deze kamer is ook erg gehorig, door het enkel glas. De achterkamer daarentegen was wel goed. Omdat je een verblijf neemt om te overnachten, dient het slaapcomfort ook goed te zijn en dat was het jammer genoeg niet geheel en vandaar een lagere score.

Prima verblijf in hartje Maastricht.

Locatie, in het centrum van Maastricht. 7 min lopen naar het Vrijthof. OV voor uitstapjes op 1 min lopen. Temperatuur in het huis. Wij zaten er met 30+ °C, door de dikke oude muren bleef het heerlijk koel. Ook het plaatsje was koel.

In de straat wel wat coffeeshops...de geur. Geen overlast.

Een mooie, karakteristieke villa met een perfecte ligging in Maastricht. Net buiten de drukte maar toch alles op loopafstand.

Schön, aber kalt

Das Haus ist sehr schön und sehr geräumig und hat eine tolle Lage. Es ist gut ausgestattet. Günstige Parkmöglichkeiten in 200 m Entfernung.

Wir sind im Februar angereist. Das Haus war nicht vorgeheizt und die Raumtemperatur betrug 14,8 Grad. Die Heizung war komplett ausgeschaltet. Es handelt sich um eine alte Villa mit sehr hohen Decken und es hat 1 1/2 Tage gedauert, bis es aufgeheizt war. Auf unsere Nachfrage hat man uns mitgeteilt, dass das Haus absichtlich nicht vorgeheizt wird und man bei den derzeitigen Energiepreisen lieber in Decken investiert. Da wir nur übers Wochenende dort waren, sind wir im Prinzip abgereist als es gemütlich wurde. Sollte man vorher wissen!!!

Für uns ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, prima Lage!

Tolle Lage, Haus mit Charme. Modernes Badezimmer und sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Günstige Stellplätze in der Nähe zum Mieten. Äußerst netter Empfang durch die Vermieterin. Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt!

Die Einrichtung des Wohnzimmers. (nicht gemütlich).Extrem steile Treppe zu den Schlafzimmern - sollte man beachten, wenn man mit älteren/gehbehinderten Menschen oder kleinen Kindern reist.

Heerlijke stadvilla op loopafstand van centrum Maastricht

Mooi huis, locatie op loopafstand van centrum Maastricht. Van alle gemakken voorzien, gezellig ingericht. Twee slaapkamers, keuken is voorzien van alles wat je nodig kunt hebben. Goed contact met verhuurder. Het was koud buiten maar binnen heerlijk warm.

Niets. Ik had vooraf reviews gelezen over lawaai en kou maar wij hebben dat niet ervaren. Parkeren is wel een dingetje. Uiteindelijk stonden we redelijk dichtbij in garage Bollenpark voor 20 euro per dag.

Heerlijk huis, heerlijke stad!

Het huis was uitstekend. Ruim, mooie keuken, prima badkamer. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Netjes. Locatie perfect voor bezoek stad. Parkeren auto op paar honderd meter voor gunstig dag tarief.

De bedden vonden wij vrij hard. Wij geven persoonlijk de voorkeur aan 2 separate dekbedden ipv 1 tweepersoons maar (ook dat) is natuurlijk persoonlijk. De stoelen in de woonkamer vonden wij minder comfortabel maar de bank zat prima. Een waterkoker zouden we goede toevoeging voor de keuken vinden. De straat voor het huis is nogal druk en er wordt helaas hard gereden. Door de kinderkopjes geeft dat wat geluidsoverlast, dat was ons bekend. Je woont nu even in de stad met ook de voordelen ervan.
