Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet

Die Treppe in das obere Zimmer ist für ältere Menschen nicht geeignet, sehr schmal und schwierig runter zu gehen. Wir hatten in 5 Tagen 2 mal kein warmes Wasser.

Die zentrale Lage, in ca 5 min war man im Zentrum um rechts in die Einkaufsstraße, oder links Zug Seebrücke zu gelangen.

Das Bad müsse mal überholt werden. Das Waschbecken hat einen Sprung und das Duschbecken ist verbraucht und die Duschverkeidung ist kaputt. Normale Verschleißerscheinungen.
