Olimpia 1

Die Herzlichkeit und Fürsorge von Giuliana als Gastgeberin hat uns besonders gefallen, so wie auch die tolle Lage der Unterkunft, das liebevoll ausgestattete Appartement und das stehts bestens gepflegte Swimmingpool. Unsere Erwartungen wurden bei weitem übertroffen, und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Olimpia 1 is a perfect summer rental for couples, couples with 1 child, single parent with kid... After checking in at the travel agency (6 min. away by car), the very friendly owner/hostess, Giuliana, met us to give us the keys and show us around. The entrance is through a charming front garden, the back door opens to to a small private terrace and the pool. The pool seems brand new. It's big enough for all 4 apartments' occupants to enjoy, although we were never all there at the same time. Mostly my son and I had the pool to ourselves. The pool area and rear garden are lovely, with flowers and trees that are beautifully maintained. The old stone building is also beautiful and very quiet inside. Our kitchen had everything we needed - perfect for summer cooking (stovetop, no oven) and the air conditioner worked silently and flawlessly. The location is great - 5 minutes by car to 2 supermarkets and the center of Novigrad, also 5 minutes to Istralandia Aqua Park. 45 minutes to Rovinj, etc.

Novigrad is a beautiful adriatic town and this accommodation is brilliant. We wanted to have a pool, and that was great. It’s clean and it was never too many of us even though all the apartments were occupied. We loved our time chilling at the pool. Accommodation was comfortable and what was really important due to 35+ degrees, it was nice and cool. Hosts were very kind and hospitable and we would definitely come here again.

The only minor issue was poor wifi signal in the apartment, simply because there are stone walls and a thick ceiling and the router is somewhere above the apartment. We have mentioned that to the hosts and they have apologised for it but it wasn’t a big issue for us since the minute you step outside of the apartment there are no issues at all.

Der Pool und der Außenbereich.

Das Appartement Olimpia 1 steht in keinem Vergleich zu Olimpia 2. Es ist muffig und kalt. Die Ausstattung ist wesentlich schlechter als in Olimpia 2, obwohl beide Appartements preislich gleich sind. WLAN funktioniert nur draußen, TV hat keinen deutschsprachigen Sender, die Küchenausstattung lässt zu wünschen übrig, es gab eine Steckdose in der Küche, im Bad gar keine. Appartement Olimpia 2 ist dagegen geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet.
