Disappointing as it was a nice location

The room was very dirty. Especially the bed which had hair, dirt and crumbs in it! I had to put a towel over the pillow to stop catching any bugs. It looked like a member of staff had been sleeping in the bed for 2 weeks! I had to ask the only member of staff if it could be cleaned as I had booked 2 night.

Our apartment was very nice - top floor with a small balcony overlooking the mountainside. it was spacious, large comfortable double bed, free bottles of water for guests staff were helpful and accommodating location was great for where we were going - mogli, VEDA, MOSH, nâo club etc, and close to puerto banus

We could clearly hear the occupants on the next door room and the one above When their toilets flushed it was very loud in our room

The property is amazing, close to the main attraction of the city and the staff is super nice! The breakfast is really a value-added to the stay. Garden and swimming pool extremely relaxing! Parking spot included in the price.

It was wonderful to stay in this space facing the mountains and waking up to sunshine everyday

The hotel was in a nice neighborhood with walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Sitting on the terrace having breakfast was wonderful The presentation and the attentiveness of everything was great

The elevator is super tight :( if you are travelling with bigger bags this may be a struggle

Highly recommending – choice at Puerto Banus

We got upgraded to spacious suite with outdoor bath and garden view – very nice indeed. Hotel is located approx. 15 …20mins walk distance from Puerto Banus harbor. Our room was spacious, clean with nice design elements and features – outdoor bath was excellent surprise. WiFi was working well. Breakfast is served at roof top. and includes lots variety ingredients – tasty and fresh. There is opportunity for free car parking alongside the street. If I can score 11, I would like to give it – thx team making our stay memorable!

The staff was so incredibly sweet! They upgraded us free of charge and our room was absolutely stunning. I especially love the terrace both the one that was a part of our room and the main terrace where breakfast was served.
