About this house rental
Are you looking for the quintessential Maine cottage with views of Penobscot Bay and steps away from the beach? Look no further, Overlook Cottage has two bedrooms and one full bath (newly updated 2023) with two full size beds and one queen bed and sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults with children comfortably. Enjoy views while grilling your catch of the day or dining inside the screened porch. Enjoy the Adirondack chairs on the deck or play an outdoor game on the massive green lawn out front. The cottage has a flat screen tv, Bose Sound-bar, internet for those working remote, screened in deck and full (newly renovated in 2023) kitchen. On those cool nights enjoy our newly installed vented contemporary fireplace while watching the waves outside. We are working to lower our environmental impact and have installed a reverse osmosis water system to avoid plastic water bottles and are using laundry sheets instead of wasteful plastic containers. Be sure to bring your own water bottle for your hikes and outdoor adventures. Enchanting downtown Belfast with its quaint shops and delicious restaurants is only 3 miles away. Guided water adventures, relaxation, golf, and local artists are all just minutes away!

The cabin is absolutely a must stay!!!Amazingly clean!!!! looks exactly like the pictures, very comfortable beds. Everything you need in the kitchen even a blender makes smoothies in the afternoon. Absolutely love both porches sit in the screened in for early morningcoffees , and after dinner to watch the boats go byPamela is an amazing host, the communication back-and-forth is almost instantaneous. She’s extremely kind and is there to help you when you need something..Also left a list of places to see and visit.We stayed for seven nights and absolutely love the cabin.There’s a couple days we just stayed at the cabin and relaxed.Don’t hesitate to rent this cabin and you will not be disappointed it is lovely

This cottage was a delight for our week in the Belfast area! Clean, quiet, the option to be cool inside, sit on a screened in porch or out on the deck to enjoy the view and the full moon. Very convenient to Belfast and surrounding areas.

Beautiful quintessential Maine location. Well furnished and close to many attractions yet away from all the tourist traffic. Perfect location for exploring Maine yet having a relaxing vacation. Absolutely loved the screen porch. We would definitely stay here again.
