About this house rental
In the center of the village of Saint Vincent de Paul T3 of 90 m2 just renovated (classified 3*) combining modern and rustic and occupying the first floor of the house (first floor not inhabited). You will enjoy two external accesses: a large staircase leading to the parking lot in front of the house or a few steps from the fenced garden of 160 m2 located at the back.
You will appreciate the large kitchen with its fully equipped central island (washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, pyrolysis oven, 4-burner glass-ceramic, microwave, coffee maker plus Nespresso, kettle and toaster), a living room of 35m2 furnished with comfortable corner sofa, 109cm LED TV, wifi, table and rustic furniture, which opens onto a covered terrace with a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside.
You will also enjoy two spacious bedrooms with cupboards (bedroom 1 bed 140, bedroom 2 bed 140 + bed 90), a bathroom with double sink and large walk-in shower and separate toilet.
Ideally located 10 minutes from Dax, 35 minutes from the beaches, 1 hour from Spain and 1h30 from the Pyrenees, this rental will seduce you both for a family stay and for a spa treatment (or long stays) for which we offer discounts for the duration of 3 weeks outside school holidays.
You can benefit from the proximity of a bus stop 50m away (shuttle bus with some thermal establishments), a bakery 500m away, a pharmacy and a doctor's office 1km away.

Linen provided on request - Sheet, pillowcases: 20 € per bed - 2 towels, 2 shower sheets, 2 dish towels: 10 €.

Très bon accueil avec une spécialité de la région .Ce gîte a tout ce qu’il faut plus qu à poser ses valises, il est spacieux, propre et très belle décoration . Un jardin pour lire et se détendre .Les propriétaires ont été très arrangeant pour notre heure d’arrivée et sont disponibles si besoin , nous vous recommandons vivement ce gîte

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire avec une petite attention un "pastis" de la région qui était excellent.
très belle maison, propre, bien équipée et très bien située avec de belles ballades en partant à pied de la maison.

Maison parfaitement équipée, il ne manque rien. Propriétaires très agréables et attentionnés. Et la campagne environnante toute proche offre de belles balades. En revanche, vu le tarif demandé, j'aurais préféré ne pas être en bordure de la route qui traverse le village (assez passante en journée) et avoir un jardin un peu plus grand.
