Great apartment at a great location!

Great location, easy check-in and check-out, comfortable flat, somewhat cheaper than other options.

While we were informed 2 days before leaving that we need to take linen and towels, we could prepare, but this was not indicated in the description of the flat, and these amenities are even present on the photos, which I found misleading.

L appartement est super, tout proche de l'accès au centre et à la plage. Très bien équipé et propre, nous avons apprécié la discrétion du propriétaire qui restait joignable à tous moments si besoin en était! Nous le recommandons aux couples sans enfants car il n'est doté que d'une chambre!

Schöne Wohnung einige höchst problematische Punkte

Die Wohnung ist was Sauberkeit und die Küchenausstattung angeht top. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut, sehr nah beim Strand und Gratis Parkplätze gibt es bei der großen Straße an der Düne. Daher 2 Punkte.

Die Vermieterin hat mir zu Beginn eine sehr lange Nachricht mit vielen Infos verschickt, bei denen meiner Meinung nach drei Punkte problematisch waren. Erstes Problem war die Bettwäsche. Sie ist tatsächlich nicht bei Booking angegeben, aber darauf habe ich nicht geachtet, weil das eigentlich bis auf Schlafsäle in Berghütten heutzutage Standard ist. Die Info, dass es keine Bettwäsche gibt, gehört ganz oben auf die Beschreibung der Wohnung nicht in eine Nachricht die man kurz vor dem Einzug bekommt. Das ist insbesondere bei einem Preis von über 160€ die Nacht schon eine wichtige Info. Zum Glück war die Vermieterin sehr freundlich und ihre Eltern haben uns dann Bettwäsche vorbeigebracht. Zweites Problem war in der Nachricht eine Drohung bei "schlechtem Verhalten" (Was auch immer das ist) ohne Anspruch auf Rückerstattung aus der Wohnung verwiesen zu werden. So urlaubt man locker. Drittens und das ist wirklich problematisch: In der Nachricht wurden wir gebeten die Wohnung sauber und das Geschirr abgewaschen zu hinterlassen. Das ist eigentlich Standard. Es wurde aber auch erklärt wir sollen unseren Müll in die öffentlichen Mistkübel wegschmeißen. Das habe ich nicht ernst genommen, ausserdem gibt es darauf eine Strafe von 250€ (es gibt diesbezüglich Aufkleber auf den Mistkübeln). Wir haben also den Müll schön verpackt und zusammengelegt in der Wohnung hinterlassen, woraufhin uns der Mann diesen einfach nachgetragen hat. Es wurde ernsthaft von uns erwartet diesen mitzunehmen und irgendwo öffentlich zu entsorgen. Ich habe ja schon einiges erlebt in den Hotels dieser Welt, aber ich wurde bisher nicht dazu aufgefordert meinen Hausmüll mitten in einer Europäischen Stadt in öffentlichen Mistkübeln illegal zu entsorgen. Das war höchst demütigend und ist ein absolutes NO-GO. Deswegen gibt es diese schlechte Bewertung für eine an sich gute Wohnung. Wer sich Müllgebühren sparen möchte, sollte sich ernsthaft überlegen eine Wohnung zu vermieten.

Super entspannte Lage

Absolut tolle Lage. Man überquert die Straße und nur ein paar Meter weiter gelangt man durch eine Unterführung zum Strand. Auch Geschäfte, Apotheken und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und gut + einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen. In der Unterkunft selbst war alles da was man braucht und der Kontakt zum Eigentümer bei Fragen war unkompliziert und schnell. Wir werden ganz bestimmt nochmal wieder kommen. Ps: Die Wohnung ist im 1. Stock und konnte entspannt mit dem Fahrstuhl (oder über die Treppe) erreicht werden.

Unser Hund musste leider zu Hause bleiben, weil in der Unterkunft keine Hunde erlaubt sind. Ansonsten war alles tip top.
