Die Lage ist perfekt - direkt hinter der Düne mit Blick zum Meer. Die Wohnung ist hell und sauber.
Die Tiefgarage ist sehr eng - mit einem Transporter war es zum Teil sehr knapp.

Es handelte sich um eine großzügige, saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung direkt hinter dem Deich mit Blick in Richtung Ostsee und nicht weit entfernt vom Zentrum.
Der Fernseh funktionierte zeitweise schlecht oder nicht, was evtl an einem zu schwachen WLAN gelegen haben könnte.
