The property location and layout was great. It was nice to have a full size fridge/freezer, stove top/oven and washing machine. Both bedroom and living room have separate AC units which was great.
The general property is older which makes sense and is OKAY. The issue was with the interior maintenance; things weren’t as clean as expected for a rental unit and was missing standards (laundry detergent, toilet paper refill).

La ubicación es muy buena y las habitaciones son amplias, lo que hizo la estancia más cómoda.
Las instalaciones se notan antiguas y el colchón estaba viejo y con aspecto sucio, lo cual daba bastante yuyu. Sería necesario renovar algunos elementos para mayor confort.

The location for the restaurants, bars and beach was fantastic.
The communication with the staff was brilliant and responded very quickly.
The apartment was kitted out well and spacious
The smell from the bathroom drains was unbearable. I messaged to say they were awful. Someone was sent out to try ro rectify but it was constant. Had to buy bleach and air freshener just to make it bearable. I even contemplated finding another apartment.
On description it days balcony and view. There is a balcony but no view only a white wall from another building. That was disappointing
Not much fun sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine looking at a white wall.
