Résidence très bien placée au centre de toutes les activités de Chatel Guyon. Etablissement neuf, appartement vaste avec des équipements au top. Parking sécurisé et gratuit au centre ville ce qui est très appréciable. Très calme. Personnel charmant, disponible, à l'écoute et hyper sympathique. Pas de petit déjeuner prévu mais on peut tout à fait le prendre à l'appartement ce qui laisse beaucoup de liberté. C'est une résidence sénior très bien tenue. Un séjour de 3 jours très sympa et avec une totale liberté d'accès grace à un badge permettant de circuler aux équipements. Rapport qualité/prix inégalable avec ce niveau d'hébergement. A recommander.

Le calme, la terrasse et l'espace. Le personnel à l'écoute et très serviable. Le parking sur place est appréciable.
La difficulté pour trouver l'établissement qui s'appelle " Les Jardins d'Arcadie" et non RésidenceMitoyenne. De plus j'avais prévenu que j'arriverai après 18h et que la gardienne serait à la réception mais impossible de rentrer dans la Résidence car il faut un badge, donc inaccessible pour la rencontrer.
