A beautiful apartment to explore Istria by car

Beautiful secluded apartment in the countryside with good car park. We stayed in the little house next to the big house. Great for getting to places on a morning as no traffic. I read lots of the reviews before booking. The lovely host has obviously put a lot of time, effort and money into upgrading the property to a good standard. The apartment was very clean and the cleaning lady and maintenance man were friendly and warm people. Yes there is a gravel road but this was not a problem. Make sure to look on Google maps and select Eden and it will direct you easily. The beds were comfortable and kitchen well equipped for what we needed. Furnishings are modern. The use of a washing machine was great. Make sure not to run hot water in the shower for too long if there are three getting showers it can run out and you wait for it to reheat. The only things I would say for improvement may be to upgrade towels and bedding, which would go with the lovely decor. Possibly add a full length mirror and maybe a light when approaching the door in the dark. I used my phone torch. I didn't bring my hairdryer but managed without one. The pool was lovely, we only used it once but a great addition to a beautiful apartment. The older grass area in pictures has been changed and it's all paved with an outdoor shower. We managed to stream F1 to the TV on the WiFi. It's a weaker signal but if you stream in a lower resolution its good. There is a beautiful family dog. My daughter really liked it. And waking up to the sound of the birds was a highlight. Overall a great stay and exceeded expectations from previous reviews.

Nicht wieder

Der Pool.

Wir hatten das Appartement neben dem Haupthaus; sehr dunkel. Die Kaffeemaschine war defekt und wurde nach langem hin und her ausgetauscht. Mitteilung am 1. Tag an die Vermieterin, dass die Spülmaschine nicht funktioniert und verschmutzt war. Das hat sie nicht sonderlich interessiert. Wir mussten 6 Tage spülen, wobei der Küchenwasserhahn nur heißes Wasser lieferte und wir vom Badezimmer kaltes Wasser holen mussten, um uns nicht jedes Mal die Hände zu verbrennen. Der Duschkopf war nicht an der Wand montierte und der Schlauch tropfte. Bei der Mikrowelle konnten nicht alle Programme abgerufen werden. Der Platz ist sehr eng und die Türe der Mikrowelle scheuerte am Spülbecken. Die Geschirrausstattung war unzureichend. Die Schlafzimmertüre war verzogen und schloss nur unter Druck. Die Zufahrt ist in der Tat nicht für tiefer gelegene Autos geeignet. Wir lagen am Pool und baten um einen Sonnenschirm. Dieser wurde uns versprochen und nicht gebracht. Wir können diese Unterkunft nicht weiter empfehlen und wie es zu den positiven Bewertungen kam, ist für uns nicht nachvollziehbar.

Just do IT!

De service, gastvrijheid en vriendelijkheid van de eigenaren. We werden zeer hartelijk en warm ontvangen, welkomst drankje erbij en fijne rondleiding. Je verbleef in een compleet huis, onwijs mooi ingericht, inclusief zwembad (!!) Voor een eigenlijk te lage prijs (naar verhouding een mega deal dus!) Hier wil ik vaker terugkomen!!! Zalig geslapen en tot rust gekomen!! We raden het iedereen aan. Hier krijg je absoluut geen spijt van. Ben ondertussen al terug in Nederland maar ben nog steeds onder de indruk, niks gelogen. Groot compliment aan de eigenaren, respect!

Dat ik niet veel langer kon blijven, in dit huis, omdat we terug naar huis moesten.

Light, spacious appartment with high ceiling. Quiet neighbourhood.

NO AIR CONDITIONER at all, poor kitchen, gas stove did not work properly, dish washer was hard to close, no shower holder in cabin, document is needed as guarantee. In our appinion there was too strict rules for swimming pool, so we decided not to use it! (no jumping, no playing, etc.). Google maps guides to the nearest address, contact host before arrival to get exact way, I found thanks to google and Booking maps mixed together.

We made a booking because it says it was accessible for the disabled people, at the time of the booking we were 3 persons but in the end 1 more person came with us. I wrote to the owners and they said nothing is problem we can come 4, and the person with the wheelchair will be fine.. so at the time we have arrived the owner was not at the place just her husband, the room was npt nice, dark and cold. Moreover the shower was definitelly not possible to enter by the disabled friend. We stayed likr 2 minutes but then we have decided to leave
