Great view at the top of the mountain

Nice hotel, friendly staff, excellent view and relatively close to ZIPLINE attractions and climbing park

Very isolated hotel which is a definite advantage for those who like it. There are no shops around, just a hotel on top of a mountain

Wow, what a place :)

We really liked the setting and location. If you are looking for a place to zone out for a couple of days, go walking and be breath in some fresh air it is the place to be. Staff was really nice and welcoming. Bedding and room also comfy and well equipped. Dinner options - really nice, also some vegetarian food, but portions are massive. Road up is amazing, especially on motorbikes. We will be back.

Breakfast options were very limited and basic. Would like to have seen more - but when I asked to get fried eggs they made me some, so you might only ask.

This place is just exceptional, the view through the window is magical. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. We were late but they were there, we still could order drinks.

We came late and there were no ability to order snacks aside drinks. Just a couple of snacks would be great if guests come late :)

We loved our stay!

Beautiful location, kind owner and staff, and great atmosphere. It's not a Hilton, it's a Bergalm, and the perfect place, if you come with the right expectations.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating in all things possible. The view is amazing and the location is perfect for a relaxing, low-key holiday with some hiking and sightseeing.

The pillows are traditional Austrian ones (meaning huge). Not my preference but each to their own.

Fantastic hotel, totally recommended

The hotel is charming, situated on a mountain top overlooking the valley. The rooms are nice and cost. But above all, the staff is incredible, always smiling and helping day and night!

Driving in the dark to get to the property was a little tricky

Beautiful place

Great place with beautiful views. Parking possible in front of the hotel. To get to the hotel, you have to go through the gate under the hill and take the scenic road, but in hotel you will get ticket for the return way, so you do not have to pay the toll.

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, der Familie, die den Berggasthof bewirten und betreiben. Das gemütliche Zimmer mit Bergsicht und die Sauberkeit. Das gute Essen, das zur Region sehr gut passt. Bedanken möchten wir uns für das Verständnis, den Berggasthof aufgrund angekündigter starker Schneefälke einen Tag eher zu verlassen, um die Mautstrasse (wird vom Berggasthof bezahlt) heil wieder herunter zu kommen. 10 Sterne plus!!!!

Stornieren konnte ich über die Booking-App nicht mehr und habe trotz zweier Mails an den Kundenservice immer noch keine Antwort dazu, damit der Inhaber vom Berggasthof die zweite Gebühr für die stornierte Nacht nicht tragen muss. 0 Sterne für Booking.com!!!
