Beautiful 5-star Luxury Villa Euphoria with Pool I is located in Bale 14 km from Rovinj and 7 km from the nearest beach.
Villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets and can accommodate up to 6 persons.
If you are searching for a villa that offers peace and relaxation of the peaceful Istrian village – this is the villa for you. The spacious estate is surrounded by greenery and untouched nature, so it makes it easier to completely relax. Here you can enjoy yourself with your loved ones, go long walks, swim in 2 pools, go to the sauna, eat outdoors and recharge batteries.
The central position has an outdoor swimming pool of 36 m2. At disposal, you also have an indoor pool of 29 m and a sauna. A covered terrace with a dining table is ideal for socializing. You can sunbathe on sunbeds by the pool.
A 2-floor luxury villa boasts designer furniture, clear lines, and a combination of dark and light colors. The kitchen and living area on the ground floor has an exit to a terrace with a pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances and has a breakfast bar. It will be a perfect spot for your first-morning coffee.

The house is a peaceful retreat and great for coming back to after a full day seeing the sights. Our boys enjoyed the yard, and the opportunity to have space and run around. We adults enjoyed the outside morning coffee and dining options. The kitchen and house were stocked with everything that one might need.

We very much enjoyed our time at Villa. We arrived a bit earlier than we had indicated, but the host in good humor proceeded to show us the property and then sit down with us to offer suggestions for day trips in Istria and tips in the neighborhood for dining and beaches.
