Charming, new and modern

Charming apartment with a wonderful view from the balcony. Exceptionally clean, modern and comfortable place. It is well equipped. We had a lovely stay (2 nights).

If you do not like climbing stairs (or simply can not), you might want to reconsider. It was chilly on the day when we checked-in, so it was cold in the apartment. It would have been nice to arrive in a pleasant room temperature.

Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete und ordentliche Ferienwohnung. Die Mitbenutzung des netten Hallenbades war toll.

Schöne Unterkunft mit kleinen Mängeln

Ausblick vom Balkon und Lage sind sehr schön und die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie liegt in einem Ferienpark, bei dem man ein Schwimmbad kostenlos und Sauna gegen Aufpreis mit benutzen kann. Ebenso gibt es einen Spielplatz. Kontaktaufnahme zur Vermieterin war stets möglich und sie antwortet zeitnah.

Leider war die Wohnung bei genauem Hinsehen nicht sauber. Fußboden unter der Schlafcouch ( Essensreste, Blätter, benutzte Taschentücher) und auch im TV Schrank und Balkon sehr schmutzig. Zudem liegt die Wohnung am Hang der Ferienanlage im obersten Haus und im obersten Stockwerk, so dass man 150 Stufen überwinden muss. Für Menschen mit Geheinschränkungen nicht zu empfehlen, was ich erwähnenswert empfinde

Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der gesamte Appartement-Komplex hat einige Annehmlichkeiten.

Alles prima!

Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und der Blick vom Balkon ist schön. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und zu jeder Zeit erreichbar.

Um in die Wohnung zu kommen müssen recht viele Treppen erklommen werden. Für uns junge Menschen kein Problem aber für ältere sicher eher ungünstig.
