It is really a few minutes walk from the beach and the centre. Very well eqipped: there is a microwave, an electric cooktop, fridge with freezer, well working air condition, pots, tools, plates, kettle, and everything you need. The furniture is simple, but clean and practical. There is a beautiful view to the sea. On the pebble beach there is a good playground, and a lot of shady places. The Host is very kind and absolutely helpful, he try to solve everything you need. I think it is a very good apartman for the price. In Crikvenica the parking is a real problem, but our host had stopped a free parking place for us a cca 100m distance from the door. There is a small train to Kacjak, but it is only for entertaintment, the beach of Jadranovo is much more better then Kacjak. (Just arrive in time to get a parking place.)

Everything in a few minutes walk, but because of the parking situation you prefer to go on foot in the vicinity, not by car to more distant places. But this is not the fault of the accommodation, but the location of the city.

Excellent, well equipped simple accommodation. The host was great, collecting me from the airport, and making sure I had everything I needed. The room was very nicely decorated, clean, functional and excellent value for money. Easy to walk to restaurants, shops and the seafront.

The room and the building was clean, the staff is friendly, near to the town centre and the beach is very close.

The room was a little small for 4 adults.
