Nice apartment less than 5 minutes to the beach

We could partially see the sea from the apartment which was really nice and in order to reach the beach you have to walk less than 5 minutes. The apartment was super clean, there is a nice terrace which offers privacy. Communication with the host was great. There are enough parking spaces and you can find at least 3 markets in the area.

Fantastic location, welcoming hosts, and a lovely apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! The location is perfect — just a 5-minute walk to the beach, and everything is within walking distance: restaurants, shops, and a bakery. The apartment is clean, cozy, and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We especially enjoyed the balcony — a lovely place to sit and unwind. The hosts were very friendly, explained and showed us everything upon arrival, and were always available if we needed any help. We truly felt at home and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

Wonderful place!

The owner Lily is great, very nice and helpful. The apartment is equipped with everything you need on vacation, even accessories for sunbathing, which gave us a lot of fun. The location of the property is also excellent. Very close to the beaches. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the center of Trogir, but there is a water taxi close to the apartment, which is also fun to ride :) I highly recommend. It was a great stay.

Perfect experience, great host

Great apartment with all the appliances needed for comfortable holiday. Large terrace facing the sea. Everything very close to the beach. There is nothing that the host can’t provide, Lily is very helpful and provides everyrhing that one might need.

Everything was perfect. Lily – our host – was very kind and friendly, helped every time we needed. The apartments were clean and we had everything that we needed. The beach is very close, there are many bars, restaurants and shops in walking distance.

Exceptional

Super cosy and clean everything! Bedrooms are perfect. I haven't slept as well, as I slept here a long, long time ago. You can use the laundry and iron your clothes.(heaven,for a mom!) 'Water taxi' from Rozac is also here, so you can easily travel to Trogir. (50KN for us, with 2 children, 4 and 7 yrs) Copacabana Beach with super restaurants and cafés is close too. (8min.walk) The nearest beach is 2 minutes walk (camping, and if you don't wanna be surrounded by people, you should choose this. Water is the same, but people are less. You know, it's 2021 and covid madness ... ) shop, bakery is close too. It's more than perfect, with children. Stuff is super kind and helpful. We'll come back and thanks for this week, my children were crying, because of leaving... :)

Kitchen is a little bit retro, bathroom too, but super clean and super cosy everything, so it wasn't a problem. According to booking pictures, in my head it looked different, but it was totally OK.

Really nice place, highly recommend

The apartment was very nice, spacious, only 2 min walk from the beach, shop and boat transport to Trogir city center.you can always walk to Trogir or take a taxi but my son loves the boats.Lily was very helpful and nice. If you looking for a place for your holiday, this is perfect.

Exceptional

The host is very nice and friendly, she gave us all the informations we needed. The apartments is really nice, clean and spacious and the sofa can be extended for chill :) You have about 2 minutes of walk to the beach of Camp Rožac. The beach was little bit crowded, but if you were there about 9:00, you can find a great spot and the shade under the pine trees. We really enjoyed our stay.

There is no baking owen and it's quite little place to prepare your food.

Fantastic apartment with an enormous balcony. Less then 100 m to the beach/shop/bakery. The host was very helpfull and charming.

Kellemes, kicsit retro hangulatú

Remek helyen van, mindenhez közel, de mégis csendes. Az ágyak nagyon kényelmesek voltak. A konyha és a nappali tágas.

Az egyik szobához tartozó fürdőszobában, amin nem volt ablak, nem működött a pára- szagelszívó és nem volt se tükör se polcok a pipereholmiknak. A konyhában jó lett volna még egy vágódeszka, meg egy serpenyő amiben rántottát lehet sütni. Abban a szobában ahol tetőablak van, ott nem lehet besötétíteni mert nincs rajta roló vagy redőny, de a tulajdonos némi győzködés után adott nekünk kartonpapírt amit oda ragasztottunk, így ez megoldódott.

Sehr nettes und gemütliches Apartment

Traumhafter Balkon und sehr nette Gastgeberin. Guter Strand nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Klimaanlage sehr gut und durch getrennte Zimmer im Schlafzimmer auch nicht zu hören.

Alles war super bzw. wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Die Einrichtung ist teilweise schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles hat funktioniert.

Gorąco polecamy

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko plaży, z dogodnym zejściem. W bardzo bliskiej okolicy sklepy, restauracje, bary. Polecamy dłuższy spacer do Trogiru. Apartament w pełni wyposażony, czysty, zgodnie z opisem i co w tej okolicy istotne, wygodny parking.

Gute Lage, Parkplatz. Klima. Betten waren voll ok für alleine. Für 2 kann es etwas eng werden.

Die anderen Bewohner machen ständig das Tor zu, (tagsüber) s.d. es auf der engen Strasse zur Stau kommt.

Nadmieru spokojný a určite sa znova vrátime :-)

Majiteľka Lili je perfektný človek, vo všetkom bola nápomocná. Mohli sme sa ubytovať už ráno, ihneď po príchode a taktiež pri odchode sme si na ubytovaní mohli nechať batožinu, nakoľko sme odchádzali až večer. Taktiež nám majiteľka ponúkla odvoz na stanicu, aj keď sme využili lodné taxi, takže náš celkový dojem je na 1000% pozitívny zo 100% :-) Ubytovanie oporúčam aj rodinám z deťmi, alebo staršími osobami. Pláže, reštaurácie za rozumú cenu aj obchody sú takmer na skok :-) Tichá a kľudná štvrť.....

Apartament bardzo czysty, przestronny, klimatyzowany i dobrze wyposażony. Wygodne łóżka. Bardzo dużym atutem jest świetna lokalizacja- bardzo blisko plaży.

Apartament bardzo fajny. To co uderza to niesamowita czystość. Mieszkanie w nim to sama przyjemność. Wszystko jest na miejscu a jeśli czegoś Ci zabraknie to na pewno Gospodyni to zorganizuje. Sama Gospodyni Lilly to złota kobieta. Jest w każdym momencie dostępna i pomocna. Jej życzliwość jest niesamowita. Obiekt jest przy bardzo fajnej i nie zatłoczonej plaży. Duża zaletą jest że znajduje się ok 20 min spacerkiem od starówki Trogiru.

Mycket bra

Detta boende passade oss perfekt (2 vuxna och 3 ungdomar). Nära till både strand, taxibåt och Trogir. Lily var en underbar värd o vi fick låna strandmadrasser mm. Lilys mamma var en härlig dam o visade oss Sköldpaddorna i hennes trädgård. När jag fyllde år kom dom med presenter. Rekommenderas varmt!!
