House Rules:
No parties or events – Let’s keep things low-key and relaxed.
No drugs or illicit behavior – Safety and respect for everyone are key.
No smoking, vaping, or marijuana – Please keep it out of the home, off the balconies, and at least 25 feet away from the building.
Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am—we strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest.
Registered guests only—no additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation.
No shoes inside—helps keep the place clean and cozy.
Toilet paper only in the toilet—Keeps the plumbing happy!
Keep the home clean and tidy—report any damages or missing items to us right away.
Follow all city and building bylaws—it helps everyone get along.
Age Requirement:
Guests must be 21 years or older.
Location Requirement:
We don’t rent to local residents of Philadelphia – this helps us maintain a vacation-friendly atmosphere.
Fee Schedule:
$500 for removing any or all guests/occupants.
$500 for excessive noise.
$500 for smoking.
$500 for breaking any house rules.
$1000 for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects.
$50 per hour for unauthorized late check-out.
$50 per person for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests.
We may remove any retaliatory reviews related to violations of these rules. Guests agree to cover any damages resulting from rule violations, including property damage, damage to common areas, and lost revenue due to canceled reservations.

Was perfect for our little cousin reunion. Beds comfortable, great group hang space but also enough beds for everyone to have some personal space when needed. Communication was excellent with management of the property. My only complaint would be the general lofty common space was not quite as clean as I personally would like it to be but bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. We had a great stay.

This was an amazing stay, almost everything was perfect from the area all the way to the activities to do just in the loft alone. The only knock was the walk up from the entrance which the host mentioned before yo me bro. All in all it was a great stay and I plan to book again real soon.

For starters this place looks exactly like the pictures you have all that you could want in this very roomy loft style condo despite the stairs once you enter this place, you will be pleasantly surprised. You can bring your family and your friends and spread out and just enjoy a good time together you do not have to go anywhere, the property managers were absolutely responsive and considerate to my needs. They very helpful and made would have been a very difficult time in my life very easy. We booked this place for a celebration of life for my father who recently passed away. I needed to do an early check-in and I was granted that with no problem. I just had to pay an extra fee for the hours that we were coming early my family was extremely pleased with the rental. All I can say is five stars all the way it truly exceeded my expectations. Thank you very much.

The condo is large and beautiful, and occupies the whole top floor of a building, and has nice hardwood floors, exposed brick, and lots of TVs. The pool table is nowhere near level and is pretty cheap; likewise, the ping pong table is okay but the net was sagging. Check in was a little dicey - up to a couple hours before check in I had no access information and no contact from the host - to the point I even started a case with VRBO support, which fortunately was ultimately not needed.
The biggest problem we had with the place was mice - it had lots and lots of mice scurrying around day and night (yes, we saw them constantly). Also, the roof leaked heavily during a brief rainstorm. We brought these issues to the attention of the property manager and he couldn't have cared less.
