Superb apartment renovated in 2024 located in a chic, green and quiet area of Las Ramblas golf course with 2 bedrooms (1 bed of 180cmx200cm and 2 beds of 90cmx190cm), 3 air-conditioning, central heating (great in winter), 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces and a small garden. The sea, shops, restaurants and 5 golf courses are very close.
35 minutes from Murcia airport.
and 45 minutes from Alicante airport, a relaxing vacation in a sunny and idyllic setting.

Lovely and clean spacious 2 bedroom apartment with terrace and garden in a great location. Communication was fab and Carolyn was really informative. We arrived late so she left the key in a safe place and popped the next day. All little details were thought of. We appreciated the bottle of wine on arrival. The pool was stunning. So clean and the beautiful surroundings so well looked after. We did have a car which made things easier as the apartment is in a relatively quiet location. The car was needed to get to the strip, beach or shopping mall but was a positive to leave the hustle and bustle behind when we wanted to.

This is a fabulous apartment. Spotlessly clean and very well stocked with everything you need. Dishwasher, washer, air con and multi channel TV with full UK service. Beautiful pool and pool area just one min walk. The people that look after the apartment are lovely. I would highly recommend this apartment for an excellent holiday. Our only tiny problem was the fridge does not stay cold very well even on maximum, but it was 33c outside. Thanks for a great stay.
