20m2 garage with utility room (washing machine - tumble dryer - additional fridge-freezer). Possibility of parking motorbikes, bicycles, etc.
First floor: 3 bedrooms (2 double beds 90/bedroom - dressing table), shower room (Italian shower - hairdryer - towel rail), separate WC.
Outside: separate games room (table football - large-format TV - connected darts board - sofa), enclosed garden, front and rear terraces (garden furniture - sofa - WEBER barbecue), table tennis, swing, board games.
