Wohnung und Mobiliar prima, Küchenutensilien sehr überschaubar (z.B. kein Salzstreuer, Tabs Spülmasch. fehlen, wenige Reinigungsutensilien) wie gesagt nur marginaler Verbesserungsaufwand erforderlich, der angrenzende Bootsreparaturbetrieb problemlos.

Ein schönes Haus in guter Lage. Topflappen in der Küche wären eine gute Ergänzung. Der DvD-Player wäre im Wohnzimmer meiner Meinung nach besser platziert als im Kinderzimmer.
