Breakfast wasn't included.
The location is between two pubs. There was quite a din on one of the nights, as the more drunk the folks got, the more rowdy and fights broke out with lots of screaming.

Very clean and one of the best locations you could wish for right in the center of Tenby. Bedrooms extremely quiet and the owner was most obliging and friendly Excellent stay and will definitely come back

No cutlery in the property so couldn’t really bring food back

it was very clean and had a good TV entertainment system plus the beds were nice and comfortable
was told on arrival I had to pay £100 cash deposit for mini bar , because we didn't bring a credit card. didn't budget for that There was no kitchen! only a kettle which we could only fill with the bath tap pictures on Web site showed Harbour location which was totally false will not be going back.
