Nice stay

Hotel room was nice, it was sizeable. Great location, in the centre of Centre Parcs where all the facilities are. Aqua mundo was really fun and already included in the room price. Breakfast buffet as well within the room price. There was enough choice to start the morning.

No AC in de room and the window lock need to be fixed wihtin the room.

I had booked the property, and then while I went to paying THE PRICE CHANGED and I had no way to go back. It got HIGHER BECAUSE I USED IT AS A SINGLE PERSON, WHEREAS THAT IS RIDICULOUS AS AS A SINGLE PERSON I ONLY USE ONE BREAKFAST so as a single person I am cheaper for the organisation. I have called them. They blamed booking.com

The facilities look nice, we did not use any of them.

The room was described as two beds. It was a single bed made up of two beds that couldn’t be separated. There was no ac and the room was uncomfortably warm. Signage to navigate the property was very poor. Many of the amenities were closed on Fridays - massage, pancakes restaurant. Other things like supermarket and restaurants are only open from 8-20:00 meaning we couldn’t eat dinner or breakfast

I reserved room hotel in the resort for 6 nights. Of my discretion I decided to start the order for 2 nights, 1 night and 3 nights and I was sure that their Reservation office will see that the 6 nights had been reserved under the same name and address. I was disappointed that they asked me to change 3 times my rooms.

Beds were good

On check in we was told breakfast was included however this was not the case and we had no way of getting a breakfast before we had to leave for an excursion. The coffee machine in the room did not work, there was a kettle but no instant coffee. We were on a different floor to the other room in on our booking we had requested to be near.

Good for a swim.

The ability to use the site facilities on the days of arrival/departure before/after checkin/checkout was great. We got there an hour before our room was ready and immediately went for a swim. The swimming pool was amazing, good slides and an interesting section with fish tanks visible when you dived down. The room was large and comfortable.

The signposting of the hotel on site wasn't great. Finding our room the first time was a bit of a treasure hunt, wandering round lost, rarely spotting signs to the hotel. Later I noticed one sign indoors in the Market area that didn't say hotel, but 'appartments'. Also, we arrived on foot, and there wasn't a pavement on the road into site - it wasn't so busy when we arrived, but this could easily be improved.

Very comfortable and convenient for our location.

Location was perfect as we were travelling with a large group most of whom were stay in the cottages onsite. Staff friendly. Reception stored our luggage as we were leaving later in the evening. Rooms were fabulous.

We had paid for breakfast and we weren't told that breakfast was 8am and we had to leave at 8am on the first morning there. On Easter Sunday there was no breakfast because they were doing an Easter brunch, which was lovely too. Finally we got breakfast on our last morning and it was lovely

Great swim-stay-over!

We had a great stay and could use all facilities of the swimming pool and indoor Jungle. The breakfast buffet was perfect and the room was spacious and well equipped.

Unfortunatly a guest before us did smoke which made the room smell really really bad. At first I did not notice, but waking up the next morning the room really smelled like smoke.

Nice room with comfortable big bed. room is equipped with fridge, locker for valuables, has kettle and coffee machine.

room has a coffee machine, but would be nice if at least 2 capsules would be included. since it wasn’t, I needed to buy the whole pack in the store which doesn’t make much sense as I do not use Dolce Gusto at home. room was a bit dusty.

Well, that's a good question! I didn't book breakfast initially and, after being batted back and forward betwen Booking.com and the hotel I just gave up and bought food rom to on-site shop.

There was a kettle in the room but no tea or coffee. OK, so I bought some in the shop, but there were no teaspoons to stir it with...

Ich würde diesen Park nicht wieder buchen

Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und groß genug, dass war es aber auch schon.

Keine Zahnputzbecher im Bad, die Matratze eine Karastrophe, zu hart und sehr unbequem. Das Frühstück ist Durchschnitt, dafür viel zu teuer. Rührei ist offensichtlich nicht aus Eiern hergestellt, sondern künstlich, krümelig und geschmacklos. Bacon labberig und wenig Geschmack, 3 Sorten Käse, 3 Sorten Wurst, kein warmer Kakao für Kinder etc. Da habe ich in den Center Parcs in Deutschland besser gefrühstückt und auch geschlafen.

Geen droogrekje of zoiets op de kamer. Waar je je zwemhanddoeken kwijt kunt. En je bent wel bij een centerparcs. Dus je gaat zwemmen. En de douche deur van kamer 35 sluit niet goed. Waardoor je water krijgt in de badkamer

+ sehr schöne, weitläufige Anlage + üppiges, vielfältiges Frühstück + sauberes, großes Zimmer mit Terrasse + bequeme Betten, ausreichend Handtücher, riesige Dusche

- sehr hellhörige Zimmer, haben bis spät in die Nacht die Kinder über uns gehört - die Auswahlmöglichkeiten/Restaurants im Centerparc sind unterirdisch schlecht und teuer - Schwimmbad sehr sehr kalt, überlaufen & klein - Wildwasserrutsche fast lebensgefährlich - Im Winter(Februar) nicht so viele Aktivitäten möglich vor Ort möglich bzw. geschlossen wie zB. Minigolf

Het was zeker een fijne overnachting maar het is erg duur voor wat het is

Het was een prima verblijf, lekker dichtbij het zwembad

Dat het een behoorlijke prijs is €170,00 voor 1 nachtje. En dan heb je het meest standaard. Ook geen echte receptie dichtbij waarbij je iets kan vragen. Je kon in de app faciliteiten gebruiken maar wij konden niet de app in omdat je een reserveringscode nodig had die je via booking.com niet hebt
