Located in the Salamanca district, between Manuel Becerra metro and Ventas metro. A residential area of Madrid with a lot of tradition, central and very well connected to any part of the city. A quiet neighbourhood with long-time residents surrounded by retail shops, restaurants, cafés and all kinds of shops you might need.
Just a few steps away from Eva Perón park, a green area in the heart of the city with sports facilities accessible to everyone. Also close to Plaza de las Ventas or the belt of Calle 30. Ideal for all types of people.
The Apartment:
With capacity for 6 places in very well distributed spaces, this apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 complete bathroom is the ideal option for a perfect stay.
A high-quality product, with high-standing design at a competitive price.
It has 1 master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. A bedroom with 2 single beds, and a double sofa bed in the living room.
These are apartments completely equipped down to the smallest detail. Air conditioning throughout the house for cooling and heating, heating and independent hot water with natural gas boiler. Equipped with wifi, washing machine and dishwasher as well as all the necessary bedding and kitchen equipment.
Your exquisite decoration and carefully considered design inspired by the latest trends and colour will be the key to a happy stay.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us with a maximum of 5 days' notice.

IMPORTANT: This property is available exclusively for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Stays for tourist purposes are not permitted.
The guest must provide proof of the reason for their stay (for example, temporary relocation for work, studies, medical treatment or care for a family member) and will sign a seasonal rental agreement upon arrival.
Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.
Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.
MIT House is not responsible for delays in apartment entry due to failure to complete the prior process.

Me ha gustado la ubicación, el diseño y que era muy acogedor. Me sentí como en casa. Sobresaliente el servicio telefónico de Mit house que siempre me han contestado.
La limpieza, tanto en la casa como en el portal. Había bichitos por todo el suelo de la casa, eso es falta de limpieza profunda. Más papel higiénico, más platos, más vasos. El portal es muy viejo y estaba sucio, una lavada de cara no le vendría mal.
